Compassionate ADHD Coaching
Many people struggle with symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), including procrastination, the inability to stay present, brain fog, and chronic disorganization. This gets in our way of getting and staying focused and organized. While some symptoms of ADHD can be hugely beneficial (like creativity, optimism, and unconventional thought), other symptoms are seemingly working against us.
The root of these symptoms is multi-faceted. While genetics may play a big part in attention deficit, environment (colors, objects, air quality, scents, sounds, light etc.), chronic stress, relationships, nutrition, exercise, and other self-care routines play an even bigger part in our ability to focus. I use a holistic approach with coaching to address physical, mental, emotional and spiritual perspectives.
Based on what makes you tick, the things you need to manage, and your living environment, we can create a workflow that works best for you.
Organizational Skills and Clutter Control
Organization is a science to some degree, but it’s also an art, meaning there’s no one set way to go about it. What works for one person might be confusing or impossible for another. Therefore, any project we undertake begins with us listening to you.
Once we know how you think, how you work, what your schedule is like, and what your needs are, we can custom-build an organization plan that you’ll find enjoyable, rewarding, and easy to implement. If you thought hoverboards and Playstations were fun, wait til you really go nuts with a label maker, colored folders, and storage containers!
I coach clients around the world, using live video (Zoom or FaceTime), phone, and email, in addition to working with clients in-person in Carlsbad, NM.
Virtual Home Organization Consulting
Home organizing seems like a craft that must take place in person, but you’d be surprised how much can be accomplished online. I can work with clients around the nation this way. Video conferencing is a great way to tour houses, set goals, coach and counsel, and discuss specific challenges. Do you need to keep this? If so, why? Where should it go? How does this make you feel? You’d be surprised how much we can get done in an hour.
Sparkle Home Organizing can create a package estimate that best suits your timing, needs, and budget. We can send links to the products we suggest you buy to aid in your organization, and can walk you through labeling and implementation.
