Is hypnotherapy like hypnosis?
Don’t worry, I’m not going to have you stare at a swinging pocket watch, and you won’t be asked to cluck like a chicken on command. Hypnotherapy is a relaxing experience, where you clear your thoughts and require your brain to act in a desired way when facing routine challenges. You’ll never do anything without realizing it, or do anything against your will.

Mail
It’s common for people to place bills in piles, all in one place, or scattered throughout the house. We can create organic habits to ensure:

The typical first session is 2 hours and the second two are 1 hour. These 3 sessions will be concentrated within a 30 day timeframe.
After we’re done, you will receive a personalized hypnotherapy recording that is made just for you! Play it anytime you need to reset yourself. You’ll also receive a unique set of crystals specially programmed to support your journey to organization and maintenance.
Session 1: Tune your brain to be organized. We will do an audit of your home to create a strategy. Part of the call will be devoted towards making immediate improvement of your space. We will end the call with a mini hypnosis session.
Session 2: Mind training. During this hypnotherapy session, I will train your mind to think and act like an organized person. I will work with your subconscious to help you let go of the blocks that are keeping you from being organized.
Session 3: Reinforcement. This session will be dedicated to future pacing the rest of your life as the organized version of yourself that you want to be.
